Bardia National Park is also one of the most undisturbed protected areas in the Terai and is home to the endangered Royal Bengal tiger and Nepal's famous one-horned rhinoceros. The park located in the far western district of Bardia is bordered by River Karnali in the west, the Churia range in the north, while the River Babai flows right through. The silent jungle, catching wildlife are the major attraction of this place. This national park is the largest national park in Nepal.

Bardia can be reached by the road of Mahendra Highway via Nepalgunj or by flight to Nepalgunj and Surkhet form where the park can be driven to. The nearest city from there is Nepalgunj, Dhangadhi, and Mahendranagar. Park headquarters Thakurdwara is about an hour's drive away from the Nepalgunj – Surkhet road.
Some of the animals found here are the main attraction of this park; these are Elephant, swamp deer, blackbuck, gharial crocodile, and marsh –mugger crocodile. Additionally, the exotic Gangetic Dolphin of Bengal florican, Lesser Florican, Silver-eared Mesia and sarus crane.

Early Morning Drive to Bardia and it takes about 10-12 hours driving distance from Kathmandu.Option: You can take 40 Minute flights from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj. Our jungle guide receives you on the highway and transfers to respective hotel/Lodge/|Resort. After refreshment, briefing about the programs, take breakfast then after you will visit crocodile breeding center and Tharu village for exploring local community and culture. You drive for the whole day with packed lunch. You enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Resort/Lodge.
Day 02: After breakfast, you move for full day Guided jungle walk.
After breakfast, you spent the whole day exploring the dense forest, wildlife animals, mammal's territory, dolphin place. If you are experienced to the river you can swim in the Karnali River which gives you heavenly joy in this clean and blue water. Back to Resort, enjoy dinner and overnight stay at Resort/ Lodge.
Day 03: After breakfast Departure from the lodge to Kathmandu.
After breakfast, you depart from there for Kathmandu. As per your requirement, there is also two alternative way back to Kathmandu one is Land transport and another option is a 45-minute flight from Nepalgunj to Kathmandu.

Day 04: After breakfast Departure from the lodge to Kathmandu.

After breakfast, move for one-hour Elephant safari into the National Park and you enjoy with guided jeep safari. The safari will take within the park periphery where you didn't reach during the jungle walk and back to Accommodation center Resort/ lodge, overnight stay at respective Lodge/resort.
Day 04: Full Day sightseeing, Rafting and wildlife Tour
After breakfast drive to Karnali River for Rafting Trip which is located with the Park. Karnali River is the biggest and longest rivers of Nepal. Cold, clean and blue serine of the river gives everyone heavenly joy. This tour includes several stops and short jungle walks to good wildlife viewing spots. Return to the lodge in a traditional local ox cart. A packed lunch is included. Meals - Breakfast, lunch & dinner
Day 04: After breakfast Departure from the lodge to Kathmandu.
Early in the morning walk to bird watching outside the park. Free time take relax or explore the surrounding village and departure from there for Kathmandu.
