Lang tang Helumbu Trek is one of the short and perfect treks begins nearby Kathmandu valley. This trek lies in Langtang Region and conservation area. Despite being so close to Kathmandu, the Helambu region remains relatively un-spoilt. Here you can experience the Hyolmo culture of high mountain people. The company of green rhododendron and bamboo forests, majestic waterfalls, and the snow-capped Himalayas make the trek one of the most diverse treks essential and accessible from Kathmandu. The great Himalayan scenery at the border with Tibet and monasteries make a trek very interesting and enjoyable.
The Helambu Trek begins from Sundarijal after an hour's drive from Kathmandu to its north. After about an hour's walk, we enter Shivapuri National Park. The trek leads continuing along the Chisopani, Kutumsang, Thadepati, and Sermathang. The trek ends at the Melamchi Pul Bazar in the Helambu region. The Helambu Trek route passes through thick mountain forests with great Himalayan views and toward the end of the trip, you will also trek through some beautiful rice terraces and a number of splendid Buddhist monasteries.

Our Companies Representative will be there holding placard on which either the company or client's name will be printed just opposite of the arrival and ager your reception, we will transfer you to the hotel. After your arrival at the hotel, we fix the schedule for a short orientation meeting which gives you some general information about the trip and will you settle the rest of the due payment at the same time. For this, you have to be three copy of passport size photos, a copy of the passport and copy of travel insurance.
After breakfast, we first get you familiar with the Kathmandu valley by taking you for sightseeing. We first take you to Kathmandu Durbar Square and explore the beautiful complex of palaces, temples, shrines, and courtyards built by the ancient Nepali kings between the 12th and 18th century. We also take you to swyombhunath (Monkey Temple), Pashupatinath, and Boudhanath.B briefing hotel where we will be discussing the technicalities of the trek. Overnight stay at Hotel.
After Breakfast, we make an hour's drive to Sundarijal (1350m), Our Trek start From Sundarijal, trek to Chisopani (2300m) about 4-5 hours. We begin our trek along a small hydroelectric plant. The trail then enters through into the Shivapuri National Park. The first settlement we come across is Mulkharka mostly inhabited by the Tamang people. Then we walk along the ridge through a forest of oaks and rhododendron to Chisopani and overnight stay at Tea House.
After breakfast, we move for a journey to Kutumsang takes about 7 hours. Our today's trek starts with decent crossing meadows and fields. Enjoy the magnificent views of the Langtang Mountains. Thus we arrive at Pathi Bhanjyang and Gul Bhanjyang. From Gul Bhanjyang, the trail climbs the ridge to another pass. Another downhill trek from the pass takes us to Kutumsang and overnight stay at Tea House.
After Breakfast, We climb Kutumsang on a steep trail mostly through fir and rhododendron forest where there are no permanent settlements. The trek continues 6-7 hours to Yurin Danda with magnificent views of the Himalayas. Finally, we will arrive at Tharepati and overnight stay at Tea House.
This day we take our trek for Tarkeghyang about 5-6 hours. During the early part of the trek, the trail descends until we cross the Melamchi Khola. Then we trek up to Tarkeghyang passing through Sherpa settlements. Enjoy the Himalayan peaks appear before you glistening in the sunshine. Discover the village and its monastery which is one of the oldest and biggest monasteries in the region. The village is more popularly known as Helambu and overnight stay at Tea House.
After Breakfast moves to Permatang and since we do not gain altitude that much today; it's going to be a comparatively easy walk. We cross-forest, streams, and waterfalls. The trail makes a sweep around the wide valley end between Parachin and the Sherpa village of Gangyul. From Gangyul, we arrive at Sermathang. Discover the village. There is also a Buddhist monastery at the highest point of the village. Today's trek is about 5-6 hours and overnight stay at Tea House.
Today is our final day of the trek. After breakfast, we walk down to Malemchi Pul Bazaar. The village is mostly inhabited by the Sherpa, but there are also people of other ethnicities, culture. From the Bazaar, we move to Kathmandu by Bus/Car and Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu as per the schedule.
Today is set for your leisure day to explore your free time shopping in Kathmandu or a scenic mountain flight of Mt. Everest exploration as an extra activity if required. This day is the last day for yours in Nepal as per your schedule. After breakfast and check out from the hotel we will take you to the airport.
