1. Booking
We preferred to have the booking confirmed in advance, prior to Nepal arrive, Pre-booking is kept on high priority and it gives us enough time and easy to make all arrangements for the trip.
2. Payment
The entire trips programmes you book with STEP need 30% of the total contracted price is required to make in advance. And remaining amount should be paid before your arrival to Nepal or upon arrival in Kathmandu before the trip departure.
To secure the place or for the mountain expedition you are booking with STEP, you need 30% of the total contract price at the time of booking and the remaining amount to be cleared 60 days before that trip start.
Visa, passport and Insurance
The travellers/ trekker should understand that during the course of the trip, certain risk and damages may occur, but not limited to, the hazards of travelling in mountainous terrain, accident and illness in a remote place without medical facilities, and the force of a natural disaster. The travellers/ trekkers should agree to assumed all risks associated with the journey and agree that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters, employees or agents, or to any members of the tour group in respect to death, personal injury, illness or delay or traveller/ trekker, or any loss or damage to the property of the traveller/ trekkers during the course of trip, however, caused

cancellation by Satellite Treks And Expedition Pvt. Ltd.(STEP)
Due to any horrific divine event, if trip cancellation by STEP, we will notify you at earliest and we will refund you the whole deposit but there is no compensation policy.
Cancellation by you
if you wise to cancel all or any part of your trip booking , notification of cancellation must be made to Satellite Treks And Expedition Pvt. Ltd. in writing. The date of cancellation is the date on which written notification is received by STEP. Depending on when such cancellation comes into effect, the charge may vary as follows:
We reserve the right to revise pricing rate posted on our website, under any circumstances if you need to change or amend the booking which already has with satellite Treks and Expedition, we will be happy to make for you without any additional charges. In the case of change of date of the flight and the hotels will cost you extra cancellation charge as per their rule and if we have spent the money for making permits and organized your trip that cost will be deduction.
The customer is our valuable Guest. We always believe our customers and we care about what they say and want. If you have any subject of a complaint about your trip, you must make it known to the leader of your tour group at the earliest opportunity, who will then be able to take appropriate action. If you feel your complaint has not been properly dealt with, you must notify the office by cell phone and written and office will take action as possible to make the better of your trip.
Satellite Treks and Expedition accept the last booking without any additional cost, please check with us late booking time may differ with the trip.
Our tour/ trekking leader reserve the right to refuse to continue to carry any passengers causing inconvenience or annoyance to other travellers/ trekkers
We shall not be liable for any loss of damage to baggage or personal possessions, or any consequential losses resulting there from. If traveller/ trekker is injured or become ill, all evacuation and hospital expenses, doctor’s fees and repatriation cost are the traveller/ trekker’s responsibility and Satellite Treks And Expedition shall not be liable for any refund of your tour fare.
For the publicity and promotion Satellite Treks and Expedition may use photographs of you taken during the trip without recourse to you and without compensation to you unless you have mentioned us not to do so, we always keep the personal privacy.
While travelling with Satellite Treks And Expedition you agree to accept the authority of a trip leader or operator at all time. You are aware that travel within a group may involve compromise to accommodate the diverse desires and physical abilities of group members. You understand that Satellite treks and expedition reserve the right to decline to accept or retain any person as a member of the group at any time
Good health and personal fitness is a very essential concern for Tour, Trekking, Rafting, Kayaking, Expedition and all. We recommend a physical examination for all trekkers on extended treks.
Satellite Treks And Expeditions offer you a full complementary to one member or the tour leader on 15 or more than 15 paying pax Trekking and Tour Package except for any special permit of Trek and flight ticket. Apart from that, we offer you 50% complementary on 10 pax paying for the tour and trekking packages except special permit on trek and Flight ticket.
During the way of Trekking and Expedition, if in case unforeseen problems arise due to the weather, natural disaster, personal health problem and various reasons need to be emergency rescue from the side we will immediately rescue by the helicopter. The helicopter cost is US$ 1800 to $2500 per hour. It all depends upon the rescue location & flying hours. Normally it takes 3-4 hours of the flying hour, and it totally depends upon the location and weather at the time of rescue. Therefore we would like to you all to make the medical and rescue insurance before arriving here. All the cost of rescue relation on the case would be settled after the rescue in Kathmandu. We can arrange all necessary documents as support for submitting the client’s insurance company.
There is a virtually possibility of the flight delay or postponement due to the poor weather condition in the mountain regions, which could be happened in particular, in the Everest , Annapurna Ganesh, Mahasalu and Dolpa, region. Etc. Trekking in the remote areas or in as described above region, especially during the alter season, you are highly advised to reserve extra days to prepare with some delays and avoid unforeseen circumstances. In case of flight cancellation you need to meet your accommodation and food costs yourself. Apart from that, if that condition arises we will be get you the best to any alternation as your choice within the limit or boundary of your budget.
